In 2023, India achieved a significant milestone of surpassing 100,000 registered startups through the Startup India initiative, according to our Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal.

This number was just under 50,000 back in 2018 and the number has doubled! Now isn’t it interesting? This has created over 40,000 new jobs every year! Startups are helping the country grow economically and even providing new jobs.

Our Panel of legal experts Adv. Ashok Yende and Adv. Sumit Soni answered some burning questions like how can you register your startup, what are the documents required to register a startup in India, what are the different legal problems startups face in India, and much more.

Many budding entrepreneurs and small business owners were a part of this session and discussed their doubts with the legal experts.
